Booking Deposit:
A deposit of £250 is required at the time of booking together with a signed contract, dates are reserved only when the deposit is paid. The balance is due three weeks before the wedding date. All deposits are non-refundable even if the date has changed or the event is cancelled for any reason.

Cooperation:
The parties agree to positive cooperation and communication for the best possible result within the definition of this assignment. The Photographer will not be held accountable for not photographing desired people if thereis nobody to assist in identifying or gathering people for the photograph.or if  key individuals’ fail to cooperate during photography sessions, neither for missed images due to details not revealed to Sarah Martins Photography.

Creative License:
Sarah Martins Photography shall be granted creative and artistic license inrelation to the choice of locations and poses used. Judgement on photographic style and the number of photographs taken shall be deemed correct. Due to changes of the weather and the availability and willingness of subjects Sarah Martins Photography will do their best to honour requested photographs but do not undertake to guarantee any specific picture nor incorporate any specific background, location or grouparrangement. The Bride and Groom acknowledge that they are familiar with Sarah Martins Photography’s portfolio and are requesting services withknowledge of Sarah Martins Photography’s style.

Copyright, Licence to use & Model release:

It is understood that Sarah Martin’s Photography owns the copyright to all of the Digital Images and by accepting this model release, reserves the right to use them for display, publication, advertising or other purposes. Photographer must be credited in photos posted on social media platforms.

Sole Rights:

Sarah Martins Photography shall be the sole professional (stills) photographer at the venue. 
 

Images: 

The bride and groom will receive full resoltion JPEG images. Raw filesare not released. The image selection is final, based on Sarah Martinsprofessional view. The images will be delivered via an online gallery 3 - 6 weeks after the wedding date.

House Rules:
The Photographer is limited by the guidelines of the ceremony officialor the reception site management. The area from which the photographeris able to cover the ceremony may not be the photographer’s choice andthe photographer cannot accept responsibility for any obstructed viewshould this be the case.  The Photographer cannot accept responsibility for limited coverage in such circumstances.
 

Limit Of Liability:

If the photographer is too ill or becomes injured and cannot supply the wedding services specified above, Sarah Martins Photography will do everything possible to book a replacement wedding photographer of comparable professional experience. If a replacement photographer cannot be found in these circumstances, liability is limited to a refund of any payments received. Sarah Martins Photography has working methods in place to prevent the loss or damage to your images. However,there exists the unlikely possibility that images may be lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons beyond the controlof Sarah Martins Photography In these circumstance liability is limited to the return of fees paid for the service or part thereof according to the percentage of original images supplied.

By signing Sarah Martins Wedding Photography contract, Sarah Martins Photography and the Bride & Groom agree to all of the terms and conditions stated in the contract.
