How many photographs do we get?

I don’t limit the number of images I supply. I will take photographs of everything throughout the day, and you’ll receive all of the final edited photographs. From a full day of photography you receive a minimum of 350 photographs.

What is your photography style?

I’m primarily a reportage or documentary wedding photographer (also known as photojournalism), which means I discreetly photograph your wedding day as it unfolds with the absolute minimum of interference. This is, I believe, the best approach to modern wedding photography, as it enables me to capture the true essence of your wedding day whilst you have the benefit of enjoying your celebrations with your family and friends without undue interruptions.

Can we meet you before we book?

I actively encourage us to chat before you book, so that you can get to know me a little and feel confident that you’re making the right choice for your wedding photographer. Normally this takes place via a pre wedding consolation meeting when possible, to meet before the wedding.

Do you do group photos?

Yes definitely! I think group photos with family and special ones are super important. I wouldn’t recommend any more than 6-8 groups, which shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes.

Can you hold our wedding date?

I’m afraid I can’t hold any wedding dates. I often get enquiries for the same date, so it’s whoever signs the contract and pays the deposit first. I’ll always let you know if I have another enquiry for the same date.

How long after the wedding do we see the images?

I will share a little sneak peek of the day with you within 48 hours after the wedding. In busy periods my lead time is 4-8 weeks. Your images will be fully edited in screen resolution on a password protected web gallery, which remains online for you and your guests to enjoy for a year.

What’s the booking process?

After we have met, bookings are confirmed only by the return of a signed contract and a cleared booking retainer of £250, (this comes off of the final total) which is payable via cash, bank transfer or card and thats it, you're officially booked in the diary! Woohoo :D
